The Swedish Foundation of San Francisco and the Bay Area is a California non-profit public benefit corporation
which was established in 1984 by a group of individuals - many of Swedish descent - with a common interest in preserving and
promoting Swedish heritage and culture.
The current Board of Directors is comprised of the following individuals:

Eva H. Person, Vice President
Roger Steiner, Secretary
Mary S. Taylor, Treasurer
Ruby Hendrickson
Marshall V. Swanson (board member emeritus)
The Board meets on a quarterly basis.
